When your account was locked because of Blizzard IP policy, please login your account email to reset a new password via the link below. Please dont login battle.net and game after you have reset a new password.

2.How long will your levelers start my order ?
We will start your order in 15 minutes after payment.
3.What is the meaning of sub account?
It is an account under your battle.net email account, like WOW1, WOW2 or others, it is optional. You don't need to fill if you don't have it.
4.My gold or my item is gone after leveling, why that happen?
Take it easy, it cannot happen, please check your packs again, and also your warehouse or bank.
5.How will you level if I have a authenticator on my account?
We hope you can remove the authenticator,and after power leveling, you can add back, https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/adding-and-removing-authenticators, if cannot remove, please send us the code timely when we try to login your account. Or you can set as dont need code for every login.
6.Will my acount got banned under your service ?
We are 100% hand work, so your account will not got banned. What if your account banned, you can get your account back after calling Blizzard.
7.How about the time on your site? Average time?
The time for power leveling on our site is average time. That means we may finish a little earlier or later than that time, but not long. For WOW power leveling 1-90, the time is not very accurate. Because Blizzard made some changes after new expansive come out.
