MapleStory 2 is a free-to-play, 3D, side-scrolling massively multiplayer online role-playing game that is currently under development by Wizet in association with Nexon Inc. It does not currently have a release date, although it is expected to be released in the middle of 2015. The game takes many of the features of the original game, Maplestory, and applies them to a 3D environment. Most mobs, NPCs, and locations make a return in this sequel, albeit with several changes.
